It should have been shipped in a box to preserve the hard shell of the purse’s shape; however, it was sent in a shipping bag and was severely flattened upon arrival. The hard shell is now deeply creased in very obvious parts that should not have been bent and the material will likely begin to crack in those areas first. Had it been shipped better it would have been perfect and worth the money spent, so unfortunate.
