A new one would have had a perfect box with the candles included but I was able to order them myself and that worked perfectly. It would have helped if the seller included the candle size even though they were not included since the pyramid uses a larger width. Packing was ok but it could have used a bit more bubble pack to keep it secure in the box and it arrived without any damage.
