This is just a sewing machine and it said “ full functional machine “ how can it be a full functional machine if you don’t get all the parts to make it a FUNCTIONAL MACHINE. The needle threader will not go down the lever is stuck. I sent them a message and NO RESPONSE . I paid for an embroidery machine and just got a sewing machine. I’m upset I can’t use the embroidery machine. & No Response BACK
