No communication unable to file claim as they send it at the moment and update shipment so you miss the claim deadline. Ebay will not step in and .     BEWARE-Partially my bad as the description did say hard case lot of three but the four pictures only showed one pair of Eyebobs reading glasses so I thought I was buying the glasses pictured with a hardshell case. After waiting 16 days I received 3 empty eyeglass cases, well packaged, just not what I expected. Make sure the details match the pictures, don’t assume anything!!
