I could hear the product rattling, which turned out to be the cups. They were not securely wrapped in the bubble wrap. And we’re laying loose in a Styrofoam container. rest of the dishes were packed in the original box and everything repacked into another box for shipping and things had shifted. I’m really surprised it arrived safely.
