It is possible this could've happened during shipping as the keyboard was not packaged well at all. Just wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a FedEx bag. It is also possible that it was just already in this condition and not disclosed in the description. I'm going to give benefit of the doubt and assume the former. It still works just fine, but I will say to the seller, please package things better. Shipping was $9, get a box.
