Gets a little caught up on extremely plush carpets but still does a great job. Only issue I found was trying to get the free spinning brush off to clean it you have to be super careful to pull the side of the sweeper completely free before pulling the brush out. The plastic pegs that hold that brush in are extremely fragile.
