As you can see in the attached photo, the watch hand has come off inside the dial. In addition to the original purchase price, I had to pay approximately $80 for additional shipping when the item arrived in Dubai. This makes the situation very disappointing for me. Please let me know how we can resolve this — whether through a replacement, repair, or a refund.
