But in the North, a young man from Milan named Alberto Da Giussano has formed an army of 900 men all from different cities known as the company of death. His dream is to defeat the Emperor and give freedom back to the Northern lands.Lauren Adrian (Jennifer Lopez), an ambitious news reporter is assigned by her editor George Morgan (Martin Sheen) to investigate the brutal kidnapping, torture and slaying of young factory women in the Mexican bordertown of Ciudad Jurez .Lauren heads to the U.S.-Mexico border to investigate the murders, teaming up with Alfonso Diaz (Antonio Banderas) and factory worker Eva. They soon discover that the scale of the murders number in the hundreds, over the course of the last 15 years
