Upon receipt, took out the locomotive and was impressed to see that it truly appears to be unrun, brand new Allegheny. Description was spot on. Before powering it up, being that it is a PS-1 sound system, I replaced the Lithium battery in the tender with a new BCR. Once that was accomplished, powered her up and was very pleased with this purchase. Great value for my dollar.
