I contacted them to make sure that it was in working order before it was shipped, they confirmed it was, received the item and it ate my childhood vhs. They were courteous accepting the return but they didn’t really have a choice. They did admit the item was having some issues before it was sent out and only tested two videos. The first was having issues and the second was apparently fine and they called that good. Waste of my time and emotional.
