I reached out 3 times via messaging and didn't get any response from the seller. The acoustic cover had an interlock broken which wouldn't allow the typewriter to operate. Poor communication/no communication. Won't respond to my messages. Packaging very poor. Also, sorry for the delayed response as I was out of town. The Typewriter was in perfect condition when it left. It was packaged by UPS and therefore the blame will have to be placed on UPS and their workers. That was either the packaging or the delivery drivers.
