When I docked my Lenovo laptop, power came through and USB ports worked fine but not external video. I called RTR, and Jim went way overboard to fully support me. He re-created the problem at his end and then determined that the USB-C cable that connects the dock to the computer was insufficient for video. I replaced the USB-C cable with one designated for video and got 100% function. Bravo to Jim and RTR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
