Tiny cloth tears at the top and bottom edges of the spine. There is a marginal crack at the front hinge between the frontispiece and title page - despite the crack, the front cover is still firmly attached and is not shaky. The back cover is firmly attached. The title page has pulled from the spine 1/2" up from the bottom edge. The last third of the text pages have a thin, very light (barely visible) stain at the lower-outer corners. Pages 238-241 have a tiny, dark stain spot at the bottom edge. Index page 351 is partially detached and shaky. Overall the book is in Good condition.”
