    Did not stand behind her product. Image in listing for forest green coat with pictures from an actual website for the coat. Was sent a sage colored coat. Seller had a sentence added to her listing that the actual coat was a "little lighter" than pictures, but did not provide updated image. Sage is NOT a "little lighter" than forest green. Finally the seller agreed to take a return, but once she got coat back, she changed her mind again and backed out of full refund. Upsetting purchase all around

    Case of "Buyers Remorse" VERY detailed description of coat including color, as "Light Green" Buyer could have asked questions or asked for more images of jacket before purchasing "no returns accepted" item. An exception was made for her. Initially claimed "wrong item sent" only have 2 coats listed, 1 red, 1 light green. The Lands End image for this listing was shown to SHOW RETAIL PRICING ONLY, NOT A DESCRIPTION OF THE COAT BEING SOLD!!! Full refund provided minus $15 shipping fees to her.
