    The item came in well packaged enough to be protected. The throttle however uses a din plug, which uses an older driver altogether. I found out it only works for windows 7 - 8 (or 10?). I have windows 11. The driver to update this model couldn't be found, so I had to buy a new throttle. Now I know, and I've learned.
