Dolls can be stained with inks from wrapping materials as well as clothing. I would caution sellers to wrap in white/brown papers and not papers that contain inks. The doll did not have any transfer of inks. She arrived as described, so there were no surprises except for the newspaper/ink wrap. Overall a good experience.
