      First card was DoA, but to his credit seller totally owned the issue and immediately sent replacement card without question. Recommend Seller A+++ Cards appear to be unlocked (for SFP). If PC fails to boot past POST with card installed, install Polymide High Temp tape across PINS B5 and B6, to block SM Bus that is causing this issue. PC will then boot and work great with these cards !
