        Seller refused to help when the part fell apart when we tried to install it. Claimed to have tested it, but factory stickers were still in place, proving otherwise. Would not buy from this seller again.

        I explained to the buyer that all of my parts are brand new and i personally inspect every item before i ship it to make sure everything is fine.I told the buyer to check with who ever installed it that maybe they could of damaged it upon installation, I was willing to work something out with the buyer but i was never sent any pictures or proof of the damaged item.
