Shipped in a old used boxes taped up to together without any packaging inside to protect item .then I return the item which he refused to accept until ebay stepped in and forced him to give me my refund. We gave him all his money back . second ebay did not step in . THIRD he returned item to the wrong address and we did not get it untill we danced around in circles as customer sent us unprintable messages fourth in the first line of the item we stated not working in capitals and yes it was not working we side that over again in 1/2 in letters two times in the description . yeas we blockedhim and will never sell to him again

I received it in about 2 days, through UPS. Shipping seemed pricey but nothings cheap anymore. Js. Seller was always responded back within a few hours. They even took extra pictures so I could see the back of the dashboard. No bubble wrap & no care made in securing the item which led to it arriving damaged. The seller did offer a $30 partial refund after I contacted eBay to intervene since the fan blades were the only part broken, but my mechanic had to spend extra time swapping the blades between fan motors.
