Battery compartment for LEDs had to be thoroughly cleaned out due to corrosion and rusting after so many years of figure being unopened in package. So, LEDs were not functioning initially as a result. But, I managed to get the battery contacts fairly clean and LEDs somewhat working again. Package sun damage made plastic blister very brittle and disintegrated.
