    Seller sent a different pen roll to the one advertised. It was a black suede with a different strap (not glossy with a brown strap), which I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known that this was the style that was going to be sent. The seller did communicate well and did offer me a full refund, which is good, but a waste of their time and mine, and a disappointment when I wanted to gift this roll to my wife. Not hard to take accurate photos of the actual product being sold.
