The item arrived in excellent condition — like new — and included all the necessary fittings. It works perfectly with my Ring Doorbell 3, and I no longer need to worry about changing the batteries! The only small downside was the packaging. It could’ve been a lot better, especially considering it was shipped via Royal Mail — it was at risk of being damaged in transit. Luckily, it arrived safely. That said

All fixings necessary were provided.The battery level on the ring doorbell has increased since installing the solar panel, but will need to give it sometime to determine how much of a difference this makes to the battery level
