From ordering, it took very nearly four weeks to deliver from the USA - way longer than anything else I’ve bought from there. No explanation was offered.

No requests were ever denied — in fact, no further contact was made after I initially said they were welcome to return it, until today when the case was suddenly escalated with a tracking number that I had never been provided. I do my best to work with every buyer, even the very impatient ones.
