    Good product as I used it before, well packed and fast delivery. However seller has high price products and when I ask her what made her products so expensive, since there's other sellers seeling cheaper than her, she couldn't be bother to reply back to me. Also, because she was selling Novex 1kg pot for £33.45 instead of answering to me she decided to remove the product from Ebay. She has good reviews but her pricing should be checked.

    Hi, the reason why it's higher than a normal website price is because we have to add on ebay fees which takes a cut. Surely you don't expect us to work for free? The product is still also online. Please double check yourself next time we should not be getting negative feedback because you couldn't check.

    It's a great item, HOWEVER a totally unnecessary amount of packaging was used. One envelope alone would suffiice, it wasn't a fragile item, but Instead it was posted wrapped in a huge sealed, air cushioned package and large bag.
