I received it bent in several places due to inadequate packaging causing irreparable damage to the covers.The auction stated returns were accepted but apparently they are not. When I emailed the seller, she became extremely angry & hateful. She insisted on pictures of every page (10) & then said she didn't receive them. She refused to refund until I sent a picture of EVERY page and even then said she never received them and I had to send them again. Ebay verified she received them - twice.
