Not many people have tried to scam me over the years but unfortunately this seller did. I'm not a person that is ignorant to the differences in internet devices. I paid for NEW in an unopened box. What I received wasn't the modem the seller posted but an altogether different one. Could this have been an honest mistake? No, it was pictured being in a sealed box with the serial number attached. Had multiple modems for sale , did not catch this this one had a different part number. Buyer never gave me a chance to resolve the issue before giving me negative feedback.
