There was some scratches and wear visible, but in line with the refurbished and very good condition. The item works great and from a distance looks like new. The accessories were basically new and original. The controller was also in nearly new condition. I am very happy with the value and appearance of this item. Is recommend purchasing eBay refurbished again.

None of this is the sellers fault, but they might want to look into a different carrier for their products. It was still shrink wrapped and unopened as described. Great price for this item.
