    The item was new, BUT I ordered the wrong product. I returned it. The seller lied and said it was full of hair and chose to offer about 1/2 the refund. I have reported the store. Contacted EBAY to try and dispute the said lies. I used this item for less than a minute and properly sent it back. My problem is with this seller, they are dishonest and didn't even talk to me. I rarely use EBAY and only accidently saw that they made up lies and refused to give my money back. Going back to Amazon.
