The coupler is not big enough inside for valve stem to pass thru. It wasn’t designed for larger valve stems like the ones on my 2005 dodge truck 2500. The valve stem is larger then any opening on tool . This tool is only meant for cars with smaller valves. I want a return receipt to send this back. It is not designed for a truck with larger valve stems. Whoever made it didn’t look at size of valve stems
