They were well packaged and arrived in stated condition, however one of them did not have the total year left. After contacting the seller they told me to send it back and they would replace it with one that did. As promised I received the replacement and it was as stated in the ad. The only issue was that the packaging of one mouse was broken, probably due to shipping, but the mice themselves work perfectly. I recommend using a box instead of a bag for better protection.
