It was very sturdily packaged and no labeling indicating a computer was inside. Since I live in an apt building, that made the delivery a little safer. I had requested a phone call upon delivery which I did not receive. I did receive a knock on the door so I could immediately retrieve the box. The item had the 40 Gb RAM and 2 tb as ordered. I am using it to type this review. I am very, very, very well satisfied!!!

There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
