    This was my second purchase to ensure fit would be perfect. As my longer review says, new in package with information and application directions. Aquaplast-t can be expensive and this was perfect quality with the best price I've seen. It appeared slightly thicker than expected, but that didn't affect the final splint results. I did remove the zipper and attached Velcro straps, which was an incredibly easy modification.
