I told him, he didn’t believe me, I popped off the cover to prove it. He still refused to reimburse me. Rude, unprofessional, massive waste of my time and money. If you value professionalism and trust in quality, don’t buy from this guy. Extra negative points for the speaker absolutely stinking and the case containing strands of human hair. 0/10
