    Excellent book, quickly shipped, all as advertised. However, it was shipped via UPS from Canada. Several days after receipt, I received a large bill from UPS for an international brokerage fee to handle post-Customs inspections and handling of fees. This was not advertised, and I do not think any other shipper adds large fees for brokerage of a small book. I did not expect any fee. Please do not use UPS due to its high fees. Also, the Ebay function to contact the seller directly is not working.
