    Basically refusing to give my money back in whole or in part. For a completely destroyed product out of the box. Lying saying UPS would contact me. They never did. Trust me find another seller it wasn't UPS they sent a damaged product. The condition of the item COMPLETELY DESTROYED, NOT USABLE.

    Hi Brandon. We are unsure why you are leaving malicious feedback when you are refusing to cooperate with the UPS damage claim. We have gone through all of the motions to get you handled in a timely manner, but you are unwilling to respond for some reason. You also supplied photos of the shipping box, clearly damaged by UPS, with a hole in it, which corresponds to the damage done to the item. Not sure why you are stating that we would knowingly send a damaged item.
