    A shipment notice was sent which stated we do not use tracking on items of the price of this purchase, tracking alone cost is $4 average, the item cost was under $9, we did send a sample picture of the envelope the item was being shipped. We were never informed of it not being received though we asked in the shipping notice to let us know of any problem so we could take care immediately. It is imposible to deal with a costumer who does not let the seller know of any problem/nondelivery situation
