After I started a return the seller finally said "Just return item for refund"... no apology! Once seller received the item back it took 3 days for them to even issue a refund... if the seller responded to my messages I'm sure we could have resolved, instead it has taken 2 weeks to get refunded for an item that was falsely advertised, not recommended 👎🏻
