I purchased a crystal sconce in “like new” condition and it arrived completely SHATTERED. Interestingly, I purchased 3 of the exact same sconces from the manufacturer - 1 of which was an open box sale - and all 3 arrived in the exact same packaging perfectly pristine. I fully believe this seller knew the sconce was damaged prior to shipping so now I’ll have to address with Amex. SCAM
