    WOW, what a mess this was, first my package didn't get delivered to the right address, so we thought the item was lost, this seller refunded our money then they got it fixed the unit and it was returned to us again it got lost in the mail they claimed it was delivered to us but no package. A day later my neighbor brings us the radio, at the end of the day the service performed fixed our unit and we are happy.
