Based on your very honest description I was on the fence about purchasing this bowl. But it is vey different from the other bowls in my collection so I went ahead. The "crack" inside is very minimal and I love the other character flaws it has that were part of it's design. I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping took a long time but I think you said you were away in your description.
