The item is not operational and needs work and tools that COST MORE THAN THE ITEM ITSELF TO FIX (aka Totaled) despite being labeled as fully operational, which also means it was not properly tested and may not even work regardless. I contacted the seller and they told me the description was correct because it turns on and that's it, which is not accurate to eBay's "used" status, and that I should fix it myself. Why do I have to fix something that was labeled as working and fully operational?
