Asked to cancel as ordered in error. Told by message that after the bank holiday all their sold items are packed in the morning. I was then told in a later message all there parcels were sent at 5pm. This shows that they could and should have cancelled my order and refunded me. They did say I could return the item but that makes me liable to pay for the postage. Overall I feel I have been treated poorly and I still have an item I can’t use! I want a refund and the seller to pay return postage!
