TERRIBLE customer service - used a shipping company nobody has ever heard of and online search shows it has a sketchy history, timely shipping status not provided with the purchase info. Was very rude to me when I contacted for status and refused to respond after awhile. Very dismissive and patronizing. Doesn't take responsibility.

You contacted us everyday once you were provided with tracking information, even once the item was delivered you still continued to berate us over and over again. I didn't ask for the same information, nice try. Was asking about the unconventional shipping method you used that I've never heard of before, and online search says is a scam sellers use when they don't have actual tracking. Then you said it would be delivered by a certain day, that day came and went and tracking information didn't show as delivered. Just wanted reassurance that it was legitimate, and you saw fit to respond rudely and accuse me of harassment?? How silly!
