The laptop was as described, in great condition, and exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast. The only problem was the short battery life. Thankfully the customer service was very patient with me and was willing to exchange the laptop for the correct one. The laptop itself apart from the issues was in very good condition, it looked brand new.
