I contacted the seller three days ago and didn't receive a response. My right handed index had a broken trigger. Yet the inspection slips included with the package states it was in perfect condition. The box had no damage. If I were to give the benefit of the doubt, the item was fine before they packaged the item but due to improper packing, the bubble wrap had too much pressure on the trigger causing it to break.
