Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They barely respond back and no matter how prompt you are with replying back to them, they will never return your messages or show some kind of emphasis on taking care of their problem and provide the best customer service. Their shipping is ridiculous. Takes a whole month to send an item while they charge in the pound currency instead of the euro. Really not willing to order from them again due to the lack of attention and the unwillingness to help.
