Then they asked for 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

I apologize for any misunderstanding. The item was listed as a sealed box containing 8 pieces. Since you ordered 2 pieces, we had to open the box and repackage them. I used a different box for shipping. I've send you email explained and proof to you. The items are brand new and unused. We request a restocking fee because once shipped, the items are no longer in their original condition and may show hand marks. The restocking fee policy is listed in the return policy.
