I bought this perfume bottle and paid for in full. Made an instant payment. Left seller a polite packing request specifically asking them to wrap stopper and bottle separately to avoid breakage. This was ignored. Item arrived broken as a result. Contacted seller on same day with messages and photos. Again, all messages were ignored. I have had to go through eBay to get a response from seller. Even then, it was just a return label to send item back. RUDE!!

My apologies, bad week of chemo. As you can see from my previous feedback, my service & feedback are normally optimal. Most of us eBay sellers are private individuals, not companies with employees. And we really want to do a good job. Unfortunately, unforseen circumstances (death, illness, accidents) arise. Best to look at the consistency of the feedback before you judge.
