Ridiculously slow shipping - ordered 4/21, put in the mail on 4/30. There is no reason for it to take NINE days to get something to the post office, especially when you maintain an online toy business. Seller ignored my message asking about shipping, as I have seen stated in other negative reviews. Honestly shocked it even made it to the post office, as others have said this seller just never shipped their items. Unacceptable behavior for a seller with 96% positive reviews.
